Physician Recruitment Pietila Consulting
Dr. Pietila offers business planning for the graduating resident, assistance with job placement in rural and metropolitan areas, contract negotiation (commission based), office location services (Texas only), and office set up assistance. He is also associated with Hospital Board Administrators, Reimbursement Specialists and professionals that offer marketing, website design, administrative support, and licensed real estate (Texas only) services.
Individual Mentoring
Dr. Pietila works with medical professionals one-on-one to evaluate every aspect of their work environment, including their interaction with patients and staff. After his initial evaluation, a follow-up consultation is scheduled to review his results and discuss improvement recommendations.
Group Mentoring
Dr. Pietila works with the medical staff by observing how the office is managed. It is extremely important to portray a professonal image to the patients. Some of the things he evaluates are how the phone is answered, how patients are greeted, how the staff interacts with each other, and the processes and systems that are in place. After his evaluation, Dr. Pietila mentors the staff and provides recommendations to improve the efficiency of the office. By mentoring the entire staff, each person is able to understand how valuable their role is to the patients.
Consulting is available at an hourly rate. Packages are available when both Individual and Group Mentoring Programs are purchased. Consultations are scheduled a minimum of seven days in advance.
